Management of the CRA data share process to ensure that the data shared with the bureau accurately reflects the customer\'s latest payment status.• Analysing business governance reports to identify any business process issues that may impact the data shared with the bureau.• Working alongside the operational teams to provide support and guidance towards CRA related process problems and complaints.• Subject matter expert for domestic retail in CRA processes relating to data sharing.• Supporting the business operation through resolution of complex escalated queries and complaints, and the provision of advice regarding the sharing of customer payment history.• Liaising with CRA bureau to resolve any queries related to data sharing.• Analysis and review of monthly snapshot data shared.• Validation of database (“ALTO”) records in relation to snapshot data prior to submission to the bureau.• Analysing and conducting system checks on queries and exclusion statuses to identify process failures and ensure timely resolution.• Analysis of health check reports around CRA data submission.• Helping to embed new processes and contributing to system improvements by generating proposals for change.• Quantifying the effect of recommended changes when considering bureau compliance, operational impact, and customer experience.• Developing and maintaining CRA trend reporting relating to performance and compliance.• Ensuring special “D” processes are strictly adhered to and a full audit trail of all validation activity maintained for both internal and external audits relating to data share activities.• Escalation of process and system failures for resolution with the Collections Management team.
