Responsible for the delivery of new build residential developments from inception through to delivery.Project Example:Managed the predevelopment and delivery of a multi phased renewal programme within the Belle Vale ward of Liverpool. Delivering 121 new build homes with a total GDV of £18m, consisting of shared ownership, rent to buy and affordable rent.The program consists of the following phases:Lee Park Avenue (start on site March 2021, 14 units, 100% affordable rent, GDV £1.9m) negotiated and completed the land assembly for the scheme with the acquisition of land from Liverpool City Council. As well as entering into a Development Agreement with Prospect Homes for the construction of the scheme.Lineside Close (start on site March 2021, 20 units, 100% affordable rent, GDV £2.6m) contractor Prospect Home via a Development Agreement.Vancouver Road (at planning stage, 31 units, 100% shared ownership, GDV £4.8m)Middlemass Hey (at planning stage, 56 units, 100% affordable rent, GDV £8.7m)
