Career Highlights- Led the Launch of a Class 3 Medical Device Manufacturing Line – Collaborated with the customer and equipment manufacturer to design a custom Class 3 medical device production line, established necessary manufacturing processes, validated the equipment (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ), and ramped up to serial production in just 1.5 years- OEE Improvement of High-Volume Production – Improved the yield and output of the medical device manufacturing line from <50% yield and 2 million units per month in less than a year- Built & Scaled an Additive Metals Manufacturing Department – Grew the additive metals department from one machine and one employee to a small fleet with over a dozen employees in just over a year- Mentored & Developed Future Engineers – Guided engineering students, interns, and early-career engineers by helping them navigate career decisions, develop technical skills, and establish their professional footing.
