BGA & FBGA packages designed and optimised to allow the use of low-cost printed circuit boards for high volume and consumer products. • Memory interface simulation. Including DDR5 memory controllers running at over 5GTps. • Capacitor optimisation to reduce cost and inventory on board-level products. • Schematic capture / PCB layout.
