As an Associate on the Diligence & Growth Strategy team at Insight Partners, I evaluate new software investments and partner with portfolio companies on growth. I lead diligence on prospective investments, covering market and competitive analysis, customer work, and financial modeling. I also help refine go-to-market strategy, pricing, and KPI dashboards to drive scalable, data-driven growth.Prior to joining Insight Partners, I was a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, where I collaborated with clients across various sectors and regions to solve complex business challenges and deliver high-impact solutions. I leveraged my analytical skills, data analysis tools, and problem-solving abilities to conduct research, analysis, and modeling, and to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.I graduated from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service in Spring 2022, with a degree in Science, Technology, and International Affairs (STIA) and a double minor in International Business and Mandarin. I am deeply passionate about international affairs, emerging technology, cybersecurity, US national security, and Chinese politics. During my studies, I gained valuable experience as COO of the Georgetown International Relations program, Chairman of the SFS Centennial Ball, and Lead Organizer/Senior Advisor of TEDxGeorgetown, where I led teams, organized events, and engaged with diverse stakeholders.I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new opportunities, and expand my network.
