Christopher currently serves as the Corporate Controller at Pyxus International, Inc, a global value-added agricultural company that is one of the world\'s largest suppliers of tobacco. He has over a decade of experience across public accounting and corporate finance, with a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.Prior to joining Pyxus in 2019, Christopher provided PCAOB and U.S. GAAS-compliant audit services at KPMG, mainly serving multinational clients. His experience at KPMG spanned various audit and attest engagements with PE-backed clients, publicly traded clients, non-profits, and higher education institutions. Such engagements included performing financial statement audits (including integrated audits), carve-out audits, 403(b) plan audits, and leading the U.S. audit transition for a new client engagement with a multinational industrial conglomerate. During his time at KPMG, he completed a two-year secondment in Zurich, Switzerland, which enhanced his ability to manage cross-border teams and deepened his understanding of international financial operations.In his current role leading the Corporate Accounting and Reporting team at Pyxus, he oversees the financial accounting, consolidation, and reporting processes. His team is responsible for ensuring the Company\'s compliance with U.S. GAAP and that reporting requirements are met with the SEC in a timely manner, including Section 16 filings.
