1. Connectivity Training and Communications Consultant

   As the developer and manager of Cat Digital Aftermarket Connectivity Training and Communications, I ensured that my client received the best possible training strategies to support Caterpillar dealers in achieving their Connectivity goals. By providing timely, relevant, and clear training, we were able to fill knowledge gaps for the client and support Caterpillar Dealers and Connectivity Field teams in expanding the telematics-connected asset population. I worked with managers and SMEs within Cat Digital Connectivity to develop our current communications model. Through this process, we produce and distribute aligned communications to facilitate accurate and positive change in line with the Cat Digital Connectivity mission. With my experience and dedication, I developed and led the Connectivity Training Strategy Project, which included creating the Connectivity Training Hub on CatDealer.com, Product Link overview videos for Locator, Basic, Pro, and Elite devices, as well as 7 Product Link installation videos, three troubleshooting training slide decks, and two troubleshooting videos, currently in production.My expertise lies in assessing the digital product knowledge of dealers, customers, and users. I actively identify their learning needs and define instructional goals, performance objectives, and topics while determining the appropriate delivery platform. I implement adjustments to training based on audience feedback and define key learning objectives for training sessions. I lead and monitor training solution development in all phases of the training life cycle and analyze successful examples of training solutions development.
