Responsible as the Data Controller DPO for ensuring that the TCS UK and Ireland corporate and business operations comply with the obligations defined in the applicable Data Protection Legislation and the TCS Integrated Quality Management System. Responsible for supporting business development and assessing the impact and risk of legislative or contract change. Responsible for the interface between TCS and its Customers in the UK & I and all international contract obligations that are under UK or Irish law. Review of the privacy elements within Customer contracts, Incident investigations, reporting and vendor compliance. Accountable for assessment of the Privacy Controls and compliance assessments for all existing and new customer and vendor relationships. Oversight of change programs including UK GDPR, IDTA, EU SCC and other legislative changes outside of the geography. Advisor to TCS Corporate functions on privacy matters, risk and impact assessments, records of processing and the implementation of ECJ decisions and EU SCC supplemental measures.
