I primarily serve as a technical product owner on the Digital Workplace team, focusing on team collaboration and individual productivity tools. I help ensure employees across the company have the tools needed to fulfill their duties. I enjoy assisting employees at all skill levels with maximizing the tools available (primarily in the Microsoft realm) to them. I continually monitor tool enhancements and features, implementing major changes as they arise and educating users as needed. Key projects I work on include a targeted rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot across company personas and departments. I actively am exploring opportunities to leverage agentic and generative AI to benefit the company. On the team, I lead the coordination of Digital Workplace training. I am proud to have improved our ability to meet the needs of international employees. I frequently present training on topics such as using communication tools and Microsoft AI functionalities. I increased the use of low / no code tools, especially Power Automate. I enjoyed working with our facilities team to create a modern internal shipping platform with Power Apps.In addition to my primary role, I also serve as a member of the Enterprise Architecture team. On this team, I help administer LeanIX software, identifying key metrics for technology leadership. Finally, in partnership with Human Resources, I coordinate the whole summer technology intern program experience including onboarding, professional development, and more.
