I\'ve spent 20 years in operating environments where things actually break - factories, labs, utility programs, solar installations. My job has always had the same core focus: Deeply understand the system and improve it.Along the way I\'ve led teams from 4 to 170 people across energy, manufacturing, renewables, and industrial services. I\'ve implemented CMMS platforms from scratch, rolled out ISO 9001 systems, led $30M program portfolios, and rebuilt maintenance organizations that were drowning in reactive work.The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Mechanical Engineering degree and MBA help me be a problem solver. The Navy taught me that systems and people have to work together or neither works at all.I\'m currently directing DNV\'s Business Energy Efficiency and Transportation Electrification programs for PNM in New Mexico - a complex operational and regulatory environments.

   DNV delivers energy efficiency, decarbonization, and grid-modernization programs nationwide. I direct the full Business Energy Efficiency portfolio for PNM, overseeing strategy, operations, documentation, training, and performance across multiple program areas.• Lead design, delivery, and performance of PNM’s Business Energy Efficiency Programs (BEEP), including Retrofit & New Construction, Direct Install, Building Tune-Up, Midstream, and Multifamily.• Manage and coach a multidisciplinary team of engineers, outreach staff, field inspectors, and administrators.• Oversee strategic planning, regulatory alignment, forecasting, and annual savings target achievement.• Strengthen relationships with utility leadership, regulators, trade allies, contractors, and commercial customers to expand program reach.• Produce high-quality technical documentation, program guidance, training content, and customer-facing materials.• Direct reporting cycles, budgets, KPI tracking, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
