Manage the commercial loans migration program for the SSB acquisition. Established an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Operational Data Store (ODS) as the single source of data/truth to provide consistency across organizations in reporting (and as a basis for decision making). Enhance and expand capabilities and integrations for the Commercial Lending platform and ancillary systems used in the Lending process through the implementation of LoanVantage.Established parameters and processes to replace the current GL with a new more robust GL (Fiserv Prologue) with more functionality. Provide a true real time GL system that will create efficiencies with more automated GL entries with support attached directly to entries, drill down capabilities and ability to see results as soon as entries are made.
