My passion lies within HR while supporting, driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through Global Talent Acquisition, M and A, Performance and Talent Management, Leadership Development, and building and leading a world class HR Business Partnering team with a focus on the experience our colleagues go through from the moment they become a candidate, to include all the \'moments that matter\' throughout their career journey with our company. This is combined with a willingness to spend time cultivating a relationship with each colleague, business partner, and leader to provide an experience in which we are both able to grow and strengthen our skills.After evaluating my golf skills and in turn realizing my dreams of becoming a PGA Tour player were less than a reality, I decided to dedicate my professional career to the next best thing – Human Resources, specifically a career that allows me to focus on helping other people achieve their career aspirations.With 5+ years on the agency side of Talent Acquisitions, and 15+ years of Human Resource experiences within servant leadership focused companies – I still wake up today with the same passion as I did when I first started, and with the same long-term goal of creating a career path of success within Human Resources!I am fortunate to have worked alongside some of the best talent in the world and that is true to this day, as I find myself working alongside exceptionally talented people in this new chapter of my life.
