In this role I was the Product Owner for quote to cash application, leading 3 cross-functional development teams with 5- 11 members across 2 countries to align methodologies used and streamline pricing across the board. I owned the product roadmap and met 92% of feature deadlines by identifying and mitigating roadblocks. I cross-trained 25 individuals on other modules of a legacy on prem application to decrease defect fix time by 30% as well as decreasing time to release enhancements by 35%, delivering more for clients at a faster rate. As the liaison between development, methodology, and pricing teams, I increased each pricer’s efficiency by understanding customer demands for new features. I also established a User Experience Council, channeling user’s voices and product visions to increase customer satisfaction by 23% at the EOY in 2022.
