In Quick Service and Casual Dining environments the team members have such a direct impact on the customer experience and public perception of the brand, that consistent and effective training is a critical component of the profitability and long-term health of the business.I strive to develop and deliver training and learning & development programs that empower team members to be fully engaged and expert at delivering all the ingredients that combine to create an outstanding customer experience.Here are some examples –New Restaurant Openings (NRO’s) – Created and developed a new store opening process that assists corporate peers in supporting their franchisees with opening of their locations.Online Learning Systems – Trained and coached teams on online learning systems which included online training in house, certifications, hiring of employees, understanding and utilizing Micro strategy and XBR reporting.Food Safety & Compliance – Conducted food safety audits on restaurants to ensure proper procedures and standards were met for perfect customer satisfaction. Trained restaurant teams quarterly on new standards and procedures.
