   Leading a Delivery Order with 5 cyber systems engineers to assess NSA system architectures for adherence to meet cybersecurity compliance controls. Collaborating with NSA system operators and organizations across the Cybersecurity Directorate to ensure engineered solutions meet evolving requirements. • Establishes and maintains foundational inputs necessary to design and implement effective controls for protecting privacy rights during the conduct of cryptologic operations. • Working with stakeholders to derive system level requirements and engineering system to ingest obligations (control objectives) from the Digitized Controls Baseline system into the compliance rules-based query determination system with 100% data accuracy. System supports NSA’s and the Defense Industrial Base cyber resiliency goals against advanced persistent threats. • Designs model for articulating synthesized rules derived from authoritative obligations and control objectives implementing those rules. • Expands the existing Signals Intelligence query ruleset to support Cybersecurity query rules then, adjusts the model design based on lessons learned to expand rules and controls models to other authorities.
