What\'s the most important quality needed to stand out in your career? Is it your education. your years of experience. or your technical skills? All of these are important factors in any role, but the quality that truly distinguishes good from great team leaders/members is how passionate you are. I opted for a career in mechanical engineering due to my desire to innovate improved engineering products and designs. I have always enjoyed solving problems and as I got older, I realized being an engineer would be the perfect role for me to further my passion in a meaningful way. I am constantly looking for ways to enhance my knowledge in mechanical design, analysis, manufacturing, and testing. By continuing to learn new skills and applying my knowledge in practical ways, I am working towards making myself ready to gain hands-on experience as a mechanical engineer.When I am not working, I enjoy experimenting with DIY projects and home automation!
