About Chris Bledsoe
I’m a seasoned financial and operational executive, founder, leader and strategist. I’m an expert in seeing the forest and the trees. Scaling up, creating Raving Fans and making it rain are key pieces of the puzzle. I’ve worn many hats – accountant, CFO of a multi-billion operation, Founder/CEO of two startups that resulted in multi-million dollar exits, negotiator, strategist, mentor, coach and starter of stuff. As a result of drinking from the fire-hose, I’ve gained the ability to see the potential in challenges, the opportunity in people and the role technology can play. These experiences have resulted in a skill set reflected in the following: • I\'m not a programmer, but I know what they can do - I translate business visual to geek speak. • I am the sum total of the people I hang out with, so I hang out with the right kind of people. • I’ve learned to let go of the end result and focus on the task at hand. • Many people have ideas, but execution is all that matters – I do execution. • I believe in getting rid of what’s unnecessary and focusing on what is. I enjoy meeting people with a thirst for what could be. Reach out if you want to discuss your start-up idea, technology applied in a meaningful way, the business side of non-profits, bow-hunting the mountains of New Mexico or snowboarding Jackson Hole. Specialties include: coaching/mentoring start-up founders, really listening to problems, finding a way, strategic thinking, developing and refining the process, asking the right questions, working with non-profits to think like a for-profit, actively involved angel investing and challenging the status quo.

Founder
Mar 2001 — Present · Atlanta, GA, US
As described above, I work best with banks that \"get it\" and want to implement ideas that make them faster, stronger and better. Having worked with a large number of high performing banks over the years, there are best practices that can be incorporated in these type environments. I have listed below those opportunities I contribute the most:Strategic Planning - Getting a clear vision of where you want to go, how to get there and what to measure along the way. Getting your key management team members and the board of directors on the same page is key.If you need someone to tell it like it is, and communicate it in a way everyone gets it, give me a call.
