ABOUT CHRISTOPHER BAYLOW
I bring 37 years of client leadership, project management, planning and design expertise to academic and corporate scientific research facilities. I embrace every aspect of the design process, especially partnering with clients and translating their aspirations into the ideal physical environment. It\'s a truly collaborative process of listening, synthesizing ideas, and building consensus. My goal is to arrive at solutions that are as prototypical as the research itself.I have a particular interest in the ever-changing typology of innovation hubs. The cross-pollination of science and engineering, industry partnerships, and community impact, working in concert with the architecture, are key drivers for the future of the research workplace.I joined Page in 2015 and I am the co-leader of our national Science & Technology Market Sector. Prior to joining Page, I worked in the San Francisco studio of NBBJ, and spent 22 years at Payette in Boston, where I was an Associate Principal and Studio Practice Leader.I\'m an Advisory Board Member for the Syracuse University School of Architecture and an active member of I2SL and AURP. I\'m also an adaptive ski instructor for New England Disabled Sports at Loon Mountain and Bretton Woods Resort.
