In my role as Digital Communications Manager at Bon Secours Mercy Health, I help guide digital communication strategy for one of the nation’s largest health systems—supporting more than associates and providers. My work centers on transforming complicated communication needs into intuitive, user-focused experiences that help provide a consumer grade marketing experience for internal communications. With a career that spans multiple consumer sectors, I’ve led digital marketing and communications efforts across several industries, overseeing full digital ecosystems and helping teams adopt consumer-grade best practices. My background in brand strategy, performance analytics, AI and UX-informed decision-making allows me to translate data into clear, actionable solutions that improve engagement and elevate the user experience—whether the “user” is a customer, patient, associate, or stakeholder.I hold an MBA and a BSBA in Marketing Management from Youngstown State University and have been recognized as a multi-year recipient of the Mahoning Valley Young Professionals “25 Under 35” award.
