I am a management consultant with over 20 years of experience spanning the professional services, transportation, and telecommunications industries. I’ve managed over $98.5 million in full lifecycle programs and projects, ranging from to $25 million in budget, for over 100 clients across 12 states and the District of Columbia. My more recent work has focused on the conceptualization and implementation of portfolio, program, and project management frameworks that have helped companies deliver over $617.5 million in projects aligned with corporate strategy. My early background revitalizing urban communities throughout the country as an award-winning urban designer has provided the necessary training to skillfully facilitate the collaborative decision-making processes that drive innovation and transform businesses through creativity and foresight.
