Delivered a 30-minute seminar on Dubai Financial Market’s FDI potential, analyzing tax incentives, sector composition, and regional threats, and concluding that despite being undervalued with fiscal advantages, DFM’s illiquidity and limited depth confine its appeal to niche investors- Produced and presented a comprehensive equity research report on Emaar Properties, conducting financial statement modeling, discounted cash flow (DCF) valuation, and relative multiples benchmarking; identified long-term value drivers that supported a buy recommendation later adopted into the seminar’s model portfolio- Conducted 10+ interviews to assess candidates’ fit with the finance club’s mission, recruiting 5 members and mentoring them to ensure smooth integration and skill development.
