As a Youth Intern, I support the Foundation’s mission to raise awareness, educate families, and advance research around Kawasaki Disease. My role includes: • Assisting in outreach initiatives to engage youth and student communities • Coordinating awareness campaigns through schools and social media • Supporting event planning for fundraising and educational webinars • Creating informational materials tailored to younger audiencesPlans: • Launch a student-led awareness campaign in local schools and online • Develop a youth ambassador program to expand national outreach • Create a digital resource toolkit to help students understand and advocate for Kawasaki Disease awareness
