With a background as a Lead Behavioral Detection Officer at the TSA, I honed my skills in spotting the suspicious and thwarting the nefarious with a wink and a smile.Transitioning to the role of Senior Security Manager at the Beacon Theatre, I brought their signature blend of professionalism and pizzazz to the stage, ensuring that every performance went off without a hitch – unless it was scripted, of course!But wait, there’s more! I didn’t stop at just securing venues; I also stepped up as the Co-chair of the LatinX Employee Resource Group (ERG), championing diversity and inclusion with gusto. From hosting cultural celebrations to advocating for underrepresented voices, I made sure that every member of the team felt valued and heard.And now, as the Senior Security Manager for the iconic Madison Square Garden arena, I continue to lead with flair, managing security operations with finesse and flair. Whether it’s keeping rowdy concertgoers or sports fanatics in line or ensuring that VIP guests are treated like the rockstars they are, I do it all with style and a touch of guest service that keeps everyone on their toes – and laughing all the way to the security checkpoint.With Christopher Yanez at the helm, safety, security, diversity, and inclusion have never been more entertaining – or effective!
