I’m a fire protection and construction project management professional with over a decade of experience supporting contractors, design teams, and owners across the NYC market. I specialize in firestopping, building code compliance, and delivering high-quality, technically sound solutions that keep projects moving safely and efficiently.Currently, I serve as a Firestop Project Manager at International Asbestos Removal (IAR), where I manage firestopping projects from scope review through closeout. My role includes overseeing compliance with FM Global guidelines, UL systems, ASTM standards, and local building codes while coordinating closely with general contractors, inspectors, third-party agencies, and AHJs. I review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and system selections, manage project budgets and schedules, track labor and material procurement, and ensure accurate installation of through-penetration, joint, and perimeter firestop systems. I conduct regular site visits to verify quality and safety, resolve field issues, support change orders and billing, and prepare complete closeout packages including FM/UL documentation and inspection reports.Before joining IAR, I spent several years with Hilti North America as both a Fire Protection Specialist and a Mechanical & Electrical Account Manager. There, I supported design teams with firestop engineering guidance, submittal reviews, and code-compliant system recommendations—while driving strong sales performance, expanding market share, and consistently ranking among the top performers on the East Coast.Earlier in my career, I developed a strong foundation in high-volume sales, customer relationship building, and territory growth through roles in commercial real estate and consumer goods.I’m passionate about bridging technical accuracy with real-world constructability—helping contractors reduce risk, pass inspections, and deliver compliant, high-performing buildings. I’m always open to connecting with construction professionals, GCs, MEP trades, and others working to improve fire safety and project execution.
