ABOUT CHRISTOPHER WOODEN

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH), I contribute to the efficient and effective recruitment and hiring process of hospital departments, working with a diverse and dynamic team of HR professionals. I review and evaluate applications, assist talent acquisition specialists with offer calls and salary calculations, and collaborate with other HR roles within the department to ensure a smooth pre-employment intake process. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management at Florida State University (FSU), where I have gained valuable knowledge and skills in organizational behavior, labor relations, compensation and benefits, and strategic HR management. I expect to graduate in May 2024 and continue working in the field of HR, where I can apply my passion for helping people and organizations achieve their goals and potential. I have developed strong organization and leadership skills through my academic and professional experiences, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, which I use to create and maintain spreadsheets, charts, and reports. I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges, and I strive to uphold the highest standards of quality and integrity in my work.
