The platform’s proprietary AI engine and diagnostic tool provide a comprehensive suite of features, including precise student needs analysis, AI-generated course outlines, customized learning paths, lesson plans, activities, materials, live AI teaching assistants, automated feedback, progress reports, intelligent booking system and automated course certificates, enhancing both tutor productivity and student outcomes.As Head of Digital Learning Solutions, I am responsible for- leading the design and development of the proprietary AI engine, which powers an advanced learning needs assessment tool that generates custom course outlines aligned with the students\' CEFR levels and creates detailed, AI-powered adaptive learning paths, including tailored lessons, interactive learning activities, and real-world scenarios- overseeing all content design and development, ensuring high-quality, engaging materials that integrate diagnostic precision, adaptive personalization, and real-time optimization to enhance tutor success and student engagement- managing cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, AI specialists, and content experts, to assemble, trial, and refine AI-driven processes, leveraging agentic controlled Retrieval-Augmented Generation, specialized Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and open-source tools for efficient data processing and scalability- collaborating with co-founders to align product strategy with market demands, driving the tutor-centric mission to unlock global opportunities through personalized language training.
