This includes verifying materials and resources are available to execute jobs. Facilitates the Continuous Improvement Process. Leads the Contract Management and procurement processes, ensuring work performed by vendors and contractors are completed. Maintains the skill matrix, assigning the proper skills to the work. Temporarily assume responsibilities of other roles within the leadership structure.
