Composed an industry analysis, competitive landscape overview, and market entry framework outlining potential opportunities for USG to penetrate the fast-growing Data Center construction sector through in-house solutions, joint ventures, and/or M&A. The initiative generated high interest from the Board of Directors, leading to capital investment and the establishment of USG’s newest business unit – Mission Critical Solutions- Spearheaded the transformation of a key USG division through a three-pronged organizational optimization venture across People, Processes and Metrics to address concerns of siloed departments, lack of SOPs, and general inefficiencies. Worked directly with USG leadership to improve organizational structures, streamline and document processes, as well as better manage KPIs- Partnered directly with USG leadership and a management consultancy to project manage a comprehensive audit and risk assessment for the biggest USG acquisition of 2023 of a private manufacturing company as well as the largest in the history of the business unit- Led USG’s annual Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveying initiatives from 20••••25 to gauge customer sentiment across ~400 representatives from USG’s three key client groups – Contractors, Distributors, and Architects. Collaborated with a third-party surveying firm on questions and criteria before conducting detailed data analysis and generating a comprehensive read-out for USG leadership
