Retired from the military after 14 years with a communication and IT background to include information security, telecommunications, network theory and design, troubleshooting procedures, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, and integration and communication of multiple levels of signal equipment and operating systems. Currently in the process of completing the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy(MSSA). The MSSA program is a full-time, 16-week program that includes academic and technical training, certification testing and practical exercises aligned to meet urgent industry needs for IT professionals surrounding Cloud Platforms and Infrastructures.
