As the Branch Manager, I manage the overall operation of a branch, promoting a legendary customer and employee experience while increasing shareholder value. In my role I lead, coach and develop employees toward achieving business results and professional and personal development objectives. As the Branch Manager I am responsible for growing the business through having a detailed understanding of the local market, developing new and existing business opportunities and participating actively in community events. As the Branch Manager I report to the District Vice President.
