About Christopher White
I am currently a Mechanical Designer at The Boeing Company under the Autonomous Mission Solutions division. I attended Virginia Tech where I earned my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering while also minoring in Biomedical Engineering with a focus in Biomechanics.I also had the opportunity to exercise, expand, and develop my skills as an engineer through internships with Newport News Shipbuilding (NNS) and General Electric (GE) Transportation. While working for NNS, I worked within the Propulsion Systems to support CVN 78 and 79. While With GE, I had the opportunity to work along a small group and help develop a turbocharger for the company\'s to be implemented into the company’s locomotives. I enjoy working in the engineering field and solving complex problems using my analytical skills. I also enjoy the design aspect of the engineering industry. In the future, I plan to pursue a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering while further developing in my career as an engineer.
