As Head of People Operations in a fast-paced tech environment, I lead the systems and processes that power the employee experience - from employment law and compliance to HR technology, people analytics, payroll operations, and the day-to-day support that keeps teams engaged and moving forward. I’m passionate about making People Ops more efficient, strategic, and tech-enabled. I see AI as a powerful partner in that effort.
