Project goal was to capture as many of our nine million free SaaS users into paid plans as we introduced new limits to our free SaaS tier. • Initiative involved setting strategy and galvanizing stakeholders across the business including sales, sales development, marketing campaigns, support, and product. • Product resulted in 936 new opportunities for sales (42% of global quarterly goal) and 1.7M in new ARR for the company.
