Currently undertaking but not limited to the following responsibilities- Supplier & Subcontractor Payments: Supporting the Commercial Team in processing timely and accurate payments to suppliers and subcontractors, maintaining strong working relationships and contractual compliance- Cost Journaling & Financial Tracking: Journaling costs across multiple projects periodically, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with budgets & forecasts- Statement of Applications: Completing and submitting Statements of Application to Network Rail, facilitating transparent, financial accuracy- Payment Certification: Undertaking the Payment Certification process to Non-Owner Participants on the Alliance, ensuring all documentation met contractual and audit standards- CVR Reporting: Contributing to periodic Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reporting, providing support into project performance and commercial health, allowing for accurate budgeting & forecasting- Procurement Coordination: Assisting in procuring goods and services through Network Rail’s contracts and frameworks, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency and value for money (VfM)- Oracle Projects Expertise: Completing ADHOC tasks via Oracle Projects including Change Control, Applications & Certifications, Purchasing Buyer NR, and iProcurement- Project Close-Out: Assisting the commercial and financial close-out of substantially completed projects in Oracle, ensuring budgets are reconciled and completed works are final accounted.
