   Year 1 - Director SRE US I assembled a new SRE Team to complement the existing. Focused specifically on regulated initiatives. I introduced ITIL based Change Management policies, practices, and tools based on past experience and present realities. I drover the establishment of the companies first Change Control Board and I am one of its most active participants. My SRE team has adopted the company\'s existing best practices and is helping take them to the next level, identifying and addressing regulatory requirements and working them into commitments, priorities, and deliverables. My team is deploying the next generation of the company\'s infrastructure. With enhanced security, increased automation, and change control. All with a goal of keeping the CI/CD pipeline as agile as possible and keeping engineers empowered to the degree appropriate. We are working with industry standard technologies including AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, ansible, and Terraform. Year 2 - Director SRE US I worked with customers, sales, product managers, engineers, advisors, auditors, and vendors at all levels to understand customer requirements around, above, and beyond regulatory. In addition to the continuation of year 1 efforts, I am overseeing vulnerability patching and continuous monitoring efforts with tools like Anchore and Tenable. I am directly involved in risk assessment, prioritization, and reporting related to these activities. I am part Director, Product Manager, System Architect, Cloud Principal, Security Principal, Technical writer, the list goes on. Year 3 - Sr. Director SRE Regulated I am growing my team, expanding and doubling down on the work of year 1 and year 2.
