During my time as a Senior Manager, I have supported two areas within TD:1. Dec 2021 to Current = Wealth Governance & Control (G&C)2. July 2019 to Dec 2021 = Client Transfer Services (CTS)Within TD Wealth Governance & Control (G&C), my responsibilities include:• Contribute to the strategic direction of the Wealth G&C function and play a key role to develop and implement risk strategies.• Provide Wealth 1B leadership regarding the risk assessment and intake of key Wealth Shared Services (WSS), Wealth Operations & Third Party Vendor Risk Management initiatives. • Lead review of relevant WSS project and change artifacts, including Change Risk Assessments.• Effectively support the management of Operations & WSS ad-hoc governance, risk management and control projects.• Lead the design or enhancement of internal controls to drive increased efficiency and effectiveness.• Leadership of Wealth\'s Regulatory and Control Programs.• Responsible for governance, structure, mandate and agenda for Risk Committee Meetings. • Work with business stakeholders to oversee the remediation of audit findings. Within TD Wealth Operations Client Transfer Services (CTS), my responsibilities include:• Implementation of enterprise technology programs and oversight of all business risk management functions• Strategy development for end-user innovation tools, end-to-end transfer client experience and engagement model with other firms to advance industry best practices• Oversight and leadership for all QV, Audit, and next generation reporting functionality• Leadership of diverse teams with mandates to decrease end-to-end transfer transaction time• Execution of tactics to increase first-time-right submission rates.• Improvement of internal processes through automation and process re-engineering to reduce business risk• Acting as a subject matter expert on enterprise-level initiatives• Acting as a liaison between CTS and various internal and external stakeholder groups
