ABOUT CHRISTOPHER TEICHMANN

I have been teaching German as a foreign language for many years with great passion and have helped over students to significantly improve their German, pass exams, perfect their pronunciation and achieve their goals. I grew up in Neuss, Germany and German is my mother tongue. After graduating from high school in 1995, I went to Israel for six months where I lived on a kibbutz near the coastal city of Haifa. Back in Germany, I studied pedagogy and English at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. I also worked in Great Britain and Canada during my studies. After my intermediate diploma, I studied speech therapy at the University of Cologne where I learned the basics of phonetics and dealt a lot with psychology. During this time, I became more and more interested in teaching and finally acquired my qualification as a German teacher at the Heinrich Heine University and the Goethe Institute in Düsseldorf. I have been a certified German teacher since 2010 and a certified pronunciation trainer since 2012. In addition, I acquired the professional qualification for insurance and finance (Specialist for Insurance and Finance) at the IHK Düsseldorf in 2014 and completed the Basic Medicine Certificate Course at the Apollon University of Applied Sciences in Bremen in 2020. He enseñado alemán como lengua extranjera durante muchos años con gran pasión y he ayudado a más de estudiantes a mejorar significativamente su alemán, aprobar exámenes, perfeccionar su pronunciación y lograr sus objetivos. Crecí en Neuss, Alemania y el alemán es mi lengua materna. Después de graduarme de la escuela secundaria en 1995, fui a Israel durante seis meses, donde viví en un kibutz cerca de la ciudad costera de Haifa. De regreso a Alemania, estudié pedagogía e inglés en la Universidad Heinrich Heine de Düsseldorf y trabajé en Inglaterra y Canadá durante mis estudios. Después de mi diploma intermedio, estudié terapia del habla como curso principal en la Universidad de Colonia, donde aprendí los conceptos básicos de fonética y me ocupé mucho de la psicología. Durante este tiempo me interesé cada vez más por la docencia y finalmente obtuve mi título de profesor de alemán en la Universidad Heinrich Heine y en el Instituto Goethe de Düsseldorf. Soy profesor de alemán certificado desde 2010 y formador de la pronunciación certificado desde 2012. Además, obtuve la calificación profesional en seguros y finanzas en el IHK Düsseldorf en 2014 y completé el curso de certificado de medicina básica en la Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas de Apollon en Bremen en 2020.
