ABOUT CHRISTOPHER T.

I currently work for Lindum BMS as a Contracts Manager for small works.I manage jobs from Start to completion for various clients including Lincolnshire Co-op, Vinci Mouchel and Lincolnshire NHS. My duties include pricing jobs, ensuring quality control is maintained, implementing health and safety standards, while making sure jobs are completed on time and in budget.I am ACIOB accredited, an appointed person in first aid, I hold a SMSTS qualification and a black managers CSCS card.I started my career as a joinery apprentice, time served city and guilds specialising in erection of timber frame and commercial timber roofing. Experience in traditional, timber frame and sips panel builds. I Previously worked for D.I.S contractors as a foreman, my duties included managing sub contractors, quality control, health and safety and liaising with clients. I was in this role for the 6 years managing various works up to 600k.I moved from D.I.S contractors to the Gelder group in the position of Site manager where I managed a £500K stable for a prestigious client and various other jobs. My Duties included Setting out, ensuring H&S on site, managing quality and sub contractors and also working out quantities and ordering materials to arrive on time.
