    Resident Project Representative (RPR) – Charlotte Douglas International Airport • Served as the primary on-site representative responsible for enforcing design specifications, contract requirements, and safety standards on the $900 million Terminal Lobby Expansion Project. • Initially oversaw clearing and grubbing operations for the 4th Parallel Runway Project, then transitioned to lead the implementation and inspection of erosion control measures prior to grading. • Directly manage and coordinate all aspects of construction inspection, including the new glass canopy over the departures roadway, pedestrian sky bridges connecting the terminal to hourly parking, Central Energy Plant, and the sq. ft. main terminal lobby expansion and full interior remodel. • Act as the key liaison between contractors, engineers, and airport management, ensuring quality control, regulatory compliance, and adherence to project schedules. • Provide daily oversight, problem resolution, and progress reporting, maintaining the highest standards of construction integrity and safety.
