I have the privilege of leading the production and operational execution for Drips, where we’ve established and scaled a category we call Conversations as a Service—humanized, AI-driven, two-way SMS, scheduled calling, and voicemail outreach that drives measurable engagement for enterprise organizations. Our platform integrates with existing CRM and marketing systems to transform outbound outreach into authentic, data-driven dialogue.As Vice President of Production, I build and run the systems that bring that capability to life at scale. My work focuses on operational excellence, cross-functional execution, and delivering reliable campaign performance while navigating the complexity inherent in high-volume conversational programs. I oversee production delivery, process design, and internal operations that ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality engagement outcomes.Before Drips, I held operational leadership roles across banking, fintech services, technical support management, and telecommunications. That experience sharpened my ability to lead through complexity, build disciplined execution frameworks, and align operational capabilities with strategic goals—especially in environments where both customer experience and regulatory expectations matter.I am focused on the intersection of technology, operations, and customer engagement—helping organizations leverage conversational AI not just to automate outreach, but to sustain meaningful dialogue that drives measurable business value.

   Promoted to VP of Production in October of 2023The Drips AI-powered platform enables brands to engage with their audiences through Conversational Texting® and scheduled calling. Backed by a proprietary natural language processing model, Drips leverages human-like messaging to break through the noise, capture intent and drive meaningful outcomes. With more than half a billion conversations handled to-date, our AI is constantly improving. More than 3.5 billion touch points have gone through the Drips platform. The platform offers an open API allowing clients to integrate with any CRM, marketing automation system, dialer or call center platform.As the Director of Production I have built the workflow, talent management and processes to scale the client operations at Drips multiple fold since 2019. I have customized Salesforce Lightning Console, created production based quality assurance process, quality control processes, accountability tracking and overall performance tracking. On an HCM front, I scaled the staff from 7 total employees in the department to over 50. This includes Content Writers, functional Campaign Builders, QA personnel, human Chat Agents, System QA, and Quality Control teams. I participated in UX/UI design for internal front-end users, regression testing, and software QA. My ultimate goal has been to keep Drips running smoothly, growing and successful.
