As a member of Microsoft\'s Consumer Sales Organization, I develop and execute sales strategies for Microsoft products and services within our partner stores. Participated in pilot rollout including dispatching and training on new software tools to a national field team. Instrumental in feedback collection and conveyance to US and Worldwide teams, participated in high level planning meetings, both internally and partner-facing, and ran day to day operations within the pilot. Team was responsible for over 2,500 customer interactions and delivered in additional revenue for the partner while exceeding all key attach metric targets.
