I’m an operations and service leader with 14 years’ experience improving how teams work, how customers are supported and how service delivery functions day to day. I’ve worked across planning, scheduling, workflow optimisation and people leadership, building a reputation for bringing structure, clarity and consistency into busy, high-volume environments.I specialise in simplifying complexity. Whether it’s improving planning accuracy, strengthening communication across teams, reducing service delays or redesigning workflows, I focus on changes that drive efficiency and create a better experience for both customers and colleagues.Leadership is a core part of who I am.
