LEADERSHIP SUCCESS STEMS FROM THE CULTIVATION OF TEAMS! For eight straight years, Cox Hospitality Network has exceeded plan in revenue and operating cash flow. Why? Because we megafocus on our goals and ensure our customers benefit from all of our deliverables. My team has exceeded goals in all markets including stadiums, arenas, convention centers and hospitality. For this current year, HN delivers 115% of revenue with 33% Year over Year growth. HN product success stems from managed services which are the core of our offerings. Our solutions include internet circuits, Wi-Fi, network core, commercial video, and advanced digital signage. We include break fix service, NOC monitoring and full analytics. But my personal success has been driven from the collaboration of individuals that I have been able to call colleagues, mentors and friends! Each step has truly played a part and the greatest achievement of all is watching my children- now young adults- succeed in their chosen careers. Three young men all on their own path: Nick and leader in Business Analytics, Luke and CEO of a growing educational software firm and Jason the new GM for domestic services at Viasat.
