Duties: Maintaining a current first aid and CPR qualification. Motivating student athletes to work hard, be accountable, and never quit. Supervising a group of 45-55 student athletes. Training athletes in the proper form of lifting weights. Instructing athletes on conditioning drills at the beginning and the end of practice each day. Consistently used Power Point at Staff Meetings twice a month to convey information about the Nova Net Program to the Staff, i.e, Program Updates using Excel to provide charts as well.Managed the day to day operation of the Nova Net program to assure all polices are being followed and adhered to. Conducted one on one counseling along with group counseling to students who were pursuing higher education and the military.Implemented needs assessment tools to improve the quality of the Nova Net Program.Creating semiannual reports for the principal on the progress and wellness of the Nova Net program along with attending monthly Department Head meetings.
