Forty six years of material handling experience, with a customer first attitude in everything I do. Started my career working in the parts department moving to a field service position. When the opportunity was given to become a resident field service technician, I moved to Madison, Wisconsin. I earned an electronics degree that I used to maintain fully automated material handling equipment. Helped grow territory from one service tech to three and then was promoted to a field service supervisor. After four year in the supervisor role I was promoted to Service Manager. After five years of running a profitable service department in WI, I moved to Phoenix, AZ and was offered the service manager position. Moved back to Wisconsin in 2019 took position as technical training at Raymond Corporation S & SC.
