   I am a trained consultant for the Evangelium Consulting Group, an organization convinced that leadership teams are critical to the vitality and apostolic impact of Catholic organizations. Their effectiveness in pursuing their God-given mission is largely dependent on the character, devotion, and skill of their leadership core, which can be formal or informal, staff or volunteer, clergy or laity.The influence and impact of these organizations is felt most fully when Christ-centered leaders are at the forefront of establishing and growing well-led local organizations. We help to make that happen.Our goal is threefold:(1) to help create behaviorally and spiritually healthy team environments, with minimal politics and confusion along with high levels of morale and productivity,(2) to introduce a method for discerning and clarifying identity, mission, vision, and planning that will maximize and sustain apostolic efforts, and (3) to present simple and effective meeting strategies that produce concrete results.We incorporate a practical, real-time approach to consulting and training which produces initial results in a few days, without an overly complicated and lengthy process or 50-page documents filled with numerous goals and objectives. Leaders will walk away with a clear sense of what they can do differently — behaviorally, spiritually, and apostolically — that will have immediate and meaningful impact on their ability to succeed in their endeavors.
