ABOUT CHRISTOPHER ROSSI
Christopher (Chris) Rossi was President and CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Kennametal Inc. from August 2017 until his retirement in May 2024. Prior to that, he was CEO of Dresser-Rand at Siemens AG, from September 2015 to May 2017. Mr. Rossi held numerous leadership positions at Dresser-Rand including Executive Vice President of Global Operations, Vice President of Technology and Corporate Business Development, and Executive Vice President of Product Services Worldwide. He joined Dresser-Rand in 1987, where throughout his career, he was responsible for the areas of Engineering, Production, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Corporate Business Development. In 2022, Mr. Rossi joined the Board of Directors of the National Association of Manufacturers, and he has served as a director on the Board of Terex Corporation since 2021 and director on the Board of FOX Innovation and Technologies since 2024. Mr. Rossi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Corporate Finance and Operations Management from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business.
