With overall 28+ years of IT experience and currently as Transformation Industrialization Lead and Solution Architect key focus is simplified yet effective solution implementation leveraging Tools/Assets/GenAI and past experience.My journey started as a developer for developing application software for clients like LIC Accounting system, Depository System, Electricity board leveraging SQLs, Shell scripts, Unix & Uniface; also played a role of Oracle Database Administrator. Worked at different levels and performed various roles in various domains/industries developing enterprise applications leveraging multiple tools and technologies like Unix, Informatica, Oracle. Transformed legacy IT systems to modern platforms using these technologies. Worked in both product industry and service industry, each for more than a decade; providing solution and consulting services to large customers in various sectors including insurance, health-care, retail and manufacturing industry. Worked across global markets having direct engagements with the global customer leaders in US, UK, Europe and Australia regions for driving large transformation solutions. Lead various competencies like Informatica, Data Management, Big data, AWS, Snowflake, PySpark. MPP technologies across BI Practice and also the alliance partnership.Currently as Transformation Industrialization Office Lead and earlier role in TFG (Technology Focus Group); evaluating, RnD on tools, GenAI & technical solutions that can give business benefits, identify enablers/accelerators/assets to make effective implementation decisions and improve delivery efficiency are key goals.I am also active member of CSR activities “Enriching Lives” which is all about giving back to the community by giving your time for the under-privileged and for those whom you can help like helping in resume building, mock interviews, bringing the confidence back in those students, art teaching which can be their additional source of income, etc. My principle is to first understand the use-case/problem statement, keep the solution simple, leverage automation aspects and adapt to new technologies. I have competed by Degree in Electronic Engineering from Mumbai University and Diploma in Industrial Electronics.
