Serving as compliance representative to ESG core team, works with internal partners in communications, policy, and external affairs to provide strategic guidance on company sustainability efforts and development of corporate sustainability report- Leads the development and delivery of internal compliance and ethics training and communication on key compliance risk areas- Led gathering and analysis data for annual Corporate Sustainability Report and CDP Climate Disclosure- Spearheaded the project to develop and deliver corporate compliance and ethics training courses in house, yielding large annual savings in vendor and licensing fees- Provides project management support for the development and review of various corporate policies, procedures, and the PPL Standards of Integrity, including coordination with subject matter experts on policy revisions- Partners with internal stakeholder groups, such as Internal Audit, Human Resources, and Legal to identify, evaluate, and address key compliance risks, especially with regards to changing regulations, laws, and best practices- Provides project management support for regional and international compliance personnel to evaluate and update Compliance Risk Matrices, Heat Maps, and Profiles- Led quarterly state and federal lobbying compliance certification processes- Developed projections, manages contributions, and administers solicitor data for annual PAC campaigns.
