As the Senior Administrator / EA to the General Counsel and Company Secretary, I play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department and to various Board-level executive committees. With exceptional organisational skills and effective communication, I contribute significantly to our team\'s success and the Institute\'s mission.Key Responsibilities:Diary and Time Management: Efficiently managing the General Counsel’s calendar and travel arrangements, balancing professional and personal commitments.Information Flow Management: Overseeing the General Counsel’s inbox, prioritising emails, drafting responses, and ensuring timely communication.Research and Briefing: Conducting research on legal and regulatory matters, preparing comprehensive briefing documents, and summarising key information.Communication and Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact, facilitating effective communication between the General Counsel, internal departments, and external parties.Project Support: Supporting or leading various projects, ensuring the General Counsel is aware of progress and any arising issues.Collaboration and Coordination: Working closely with the Directors’ Office, Executive Committee, and Senior Leadership Team to align and prioritise the General Counsel’s engagements.Travel Planning: Organising travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visas, ensuring detailed itineraries.Event Support: Providing support during events, meetings, and other engagements, ensuring smooth operations.Championing the Institute’s Equal Opportunities and key policies, promoting a culture of inclusion and respect.
